ABOUT

After graduating from The University of Birmingham, I went on to study for a Diploma at the prestigious Leiths School of Food and Wine. My clients have included Hollywood A-listers, major fashion labels, premier league footballers and royalty. I have experience as an assistant home economist, in food styling, recipe development and food consultancy.

My focus is on delivering exceptional food, packed full of flavour, using the best quality and  seasonal ingredients.  I take pride in delivering a truly personalised service, communicating with my clients throughout the whole process & tailoring a bespoke menu to match their wishes. All dietary & nutritional requirements can be catered to, without any compromise on taste.

SERVICES

Private Dining

Private lunch and dinner parties in your home. I will cook a bespoke menu for your event, serve and then leave the kitchen spotless for you to continue your evening. Wine pairing available.

Events

Small scale events. These include buffet-style sharers, canapé parties and grazing tables. I can either provide these with full service or as a drop off option.

Celebration Cakes

Weddings, birthdays, baby showers – you name it, we can do it! i have a whole list of flavour combinations for you to choose from and will work with you to bring your vision to life

Cookery Masterclasses

Whether you are a total beginner or an amateur chef looking to hone your skills, these private classes are perfect. I provide all the ingredients for the recipes and teach you in the comfort of your home, making sure you'll be able to recreate the dishes.
